McArts Amphitheatre - Terror of the Tug
Terror of the Tug, written by Jean Battlo, is an outdoor drama based on the coal mine wars and the story of the murder of Sid Hatfield and Ed Chambers on the steps of the McDowell County Courthouse. Dates showing in 2008: July 25-26 and August 1-2. Shows begin at 8pm at the McArts Amphitheatre located off Rt 52 in Welch.

"Hatfields & McCoys", the story of the famous feud; "Honey in the Rock", the nation's oldest Civil War drama; This year's Broadway Musical performances are "Wizard of Oz" and "Rocket Boys the Musical". Dramas run from June 12- August 25th 2012, Tuesday - Sunday. Cliffside Amphitheatre at Grandview, 8:15 pm. Local office is located at 102 Spruce St, Mabscott, WV. Major credit cards.
