Carnegie Hall Events and Festivals

Carnegie Hall 2013 performances: In February, Ben Williams and his quintet, Sound Effect take the stage. March brings country music star Marty Stuart and his Fabulous Superlatives to the Hall for the first time. April means chocolate in Lewisburg, and Dance Brazil will make it hard to keep the chocolate from melting during the Chocolate Festival. Later in the month, the award winning Montclaire String Quartet, resident quartet of the WV Symphony Orchestra, will cool things down with their soothing classical works. The season closes out with the darlings of the 2010 Newport Folk Festival, the David Wax Museum, fusing traditional Mexican folk with American roots and indie rock to create a unique Mexo-Americana aesthetic.
